Rep Tryouts
The Oakville Girls Softball Association Rep tryouts for 2023 were held Sept 5 – 7, 2022, and teams have been selected.
💪 Fall/Winter training for the 2023 season:
All Rep teams will start indoor training the first week of November and continue until mid April. Training will consist of the following:
– Saturdays at the soccer domes in Burlington, each team will train for 2 hours, one of which with coach Nikki Beal.
– Sundays at the Royals baseball facility working with coach Nikki Beal for 1.5 hours on hitting.
– Teams will also be working with pitching coaches and catching coaches on separate nights depending on the team.
Our Rep program focuses on position specific skill development and uses a number of exceptional coaches to work with our athletes including Nikki Beal (NCAA D1, National team & professional player), Jackie Hall (NCAA D1 pitcher & professional trainer), Natalie Wideman (NCAA D1, National team, Olympic Bronze medalist), and Kevin Hussey (NCAA D1 catcher & professional baseball coach).
