Participation Documents
In order to finalize your registration into the 2022 softball season or to take part in one of our clinics, the signature page of the Return to Play document and the OGSA Participation Waiver must be digitally signed or filled in and returned to the OGSA by emailing a copy to safety@oakvilleangels.com.
